This plan includes a 1on1 consultation & assessment where we will discuss your medical history, previous training experience & future goals. Based on the information gathered, a personalized eight week training program will be customized to match your goals.

Go3: Personalized Eight Week Training Program + Calories/Macros Calc
This plan is a package including everything in Go1 and Go2, plus one free adjustment of your macros/calories at the end of the 8 weeks.

Go4: 1on1 Online Coaching
This plan includes Calorie/Macros Calculations PLUS adjustments as needed, regularly updated training schedule, check in, progress/goal updates, AND access to Trainerize App (click the link to check out the app’s features) that will provide an easy to use, all-in-one virtual training platform to keep track of everything in your program and also where I will be available to you 7 days per week (7am-7pm) via messaging or calling) to answer any questions (please allow 30 minutes-1.5 hour for response). *This pricing reflects a maximum four days of programming per week.

Go5: 1on1 In Person Coaching
These plans include a free 1on1 consultation & assessment where we will discuss your medical history, previous training experience & future goals. Based on the information gathered, I will construct a customized nutrition guide & training program that we will implement in 1on1 in person training where I will be with you every step of your training sessions teaching you proper form & execution of movements that will allow you to reach your goals safely & efficiently while obtaining maximum results. This plan also includes Calorie/Macros Calculations PLUS adjustments as needed, regularly updated training schedule, check ins and progress/goal updates via my training app.
GoBasic $160 +tax WEEKLY for 2 one hour training sessions per week (minimum first time purchase). Then $60/each additional training session.
GoHard $600 +tax MONTHLY for 2 one hour training sessions per week. Then $50/each additional training session. *($40+ savings)
GoElite $1,120 +tax Bi-MONTHLY for 2 one hour training sessions per week. Then $40/each additional training session. *($80+ savings)

Location:
Rivertown Fitness Center. You are required to become a member at this location.. As long as you are my client I will pay $30 toward your monthly membership fee in the form of a $30 discount off the package you choose. *Current RFC members will be eligible to receive this discount also. *I am also willing to travel to another location to train if approved by the gym’s owner. All outside gym fees must be paid by you.
